Teamified is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join its finance team.

Job Description:
  • Manage and process all accounts payable transactions with accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and expense reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation
  • Prepare and process payments to suppliers and vendors
  • Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
  • Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and invoice inquiries
  • Support ongoing process improvements to increase efficiency within the accounts payable function
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts payable or related field
    • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as strong time management and prioritization skills.

Healthcare industry knowledge would be an asset but not required.
