We are seeking a driven, creative professional to contribute to our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative workspace solutions that meet client needs and project goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop visually compelling workspace designs using industry-standard software such as CET Designer and AutoCAD.
  • Create accurate project drawings, specifications, renderings, and presentations that support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Select and present finishes, furniture options, and material palettes that align with client expectations.
  • Review architectural plans, conduct code analyses, and incorporate building site conditions into workspace designs.
  • Conduct field verifications, furniture inventories, and measurements to ensure design accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams throughout the design process—providing timely updates and ensuring deliverables align with established timelines.
  • Self-review and quality check all project deliverables prior to distribution to stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to collaborate effectively in a client-facing environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in CET Designer, along with supporting skills in AutoCAD, Project Spec, and Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial furniture, workspace design, or a related industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects with competing deadlines.
