Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality mental health services and making a positive impact on people's lives.
This role involves working with clients to assess their mental and emotional well-being, providing psychotherapy and consultations, and collaborating with other professionals to develop effective treatment plans. As a Mental Health Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating innovative healthcare solutions that enhance accessibility and efficiency while fostering personal and professional growth in a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client
- Provide regular wellness check-ins and emergency handling as needed
- Collaborate with the Mental Health team for client triaging, escalations, and holistic mental health interventions
- Coordinate with company representatives to align protocols, provide operational reports, and assist in other requests related to the mental health program
- Master's degree in Psychology or a related field (in progress)
- Proficient in computer applications such as Google Workspace
- Willingness to work from home during the mid-day shift
- Background in Mental Health or Employee Assistance Programs preferred
