IT Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT operations specialist to support our business through system maintenance, automation, and troubleshooting across various platforms.

This role plays a critical part in optimizing the tools and workflows that power our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues such as WooCommerce checkout bugs, plugin conflicts.
  2. Manage monthly updates for WordPress core, theme, and plugins.
  3. Maintain and update lightweight custom scripts in JavaScript and PHP.
  4. Build and manage workflow automations using Zapier as a central tool.
  5. Support and configure Airtable bases, views, automations, and permission settings.
  6. Collaborate with developers on advanced workflows and integrations using Zapier and N8n.
  7. Maintain syncing and data integrity between Salesforce and Airtable.
  8. Provide technical assistance for Google Workspace including access and permission issues.
  9. Offer general technical support across teams and departments.
  10. Document internal systems and help optimize workflows.
  11. Align technical solutions with production and operations needs.
  12. Create and refine task templates and internal workflow systems.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role.
  • Proven experience managing and troubleshooting WordPress/WooCommerce, Airtable, Salesforce, and GSuite/Google Workspace.
  • Strong expertise in Zapier is essential.
  • Experience with N8n and scripting languages like JavaScript and PHP are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools like Notion, Make, and Monday.com.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly.
