Job Overview

We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer supplement brand in the health and wellness space.

This role involves developing innovative ad concepts for multiple products and customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create 15–25 fresh Meta ad concepts weekly, tailored for Facebook & Instagram.
  • Write high-performing direct response copy and creative briefs with strong hooks, pacing, and structure.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, desires, and objections.
  • Develop ad concepts for different stages of the funnel — cold, warm, and hot traffic.
  • Source content from user-generated content creators across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and UGC marketplaces.
  • Analyze performance and iterate on ad creative to improve conversions.
  • Maintain clarity, speed, and attention to detail while working across multiple products and avatars.

Must have deep knowledge of video pacing, ad storytelling, attention hooks, and scroll psychology. Strong direct response copywriting ability is also required, especially for Meta video ads.
