Financial Administrator

Key Role: Provide high-level administrative and financial support to senior executives.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations:
    • Maintain accurate and comprehensive financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, ledgers, and journals.
    • Prepare and analyze detailed financial statements, reports, and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
    • Assist in developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis, providing actionable insights for executive decision-making.
    • Ensure adherence to financial governance and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage complex executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements, coordinating logistics and resources effectively.
    • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and reports with discretion and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
    • Prepare high-quality presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes, conveying key information and recommendations clearly and concisely.
    • Conduct thorough research and compile data for executive decision-making, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably with advanced certifications (CPA, CMA).
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and executive support roles, demonstrating expertise and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and compliance regulations, with the ability to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, build strong relationships, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to identify and resolve complex issues promptly and efficiently.
