The UK and Ireland Finance team are growing We are looking for a senior invoicing administrator, based in Manila, who will support all of our UK and Ireland businesses.

  • Issue accurate invoices for each of the different businesses on a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper and accurate recording transactions in our financial systems
  • To deal with queries effectively from both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Credit Controller, and the wider finance team.
  • Provide day-to-day support and assist in the preparation of documents and schedules and supporting information for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents and schedules and supporting information for the external auditors
  • Assist in any ad hoc task as directed from time to time
