Key Responsibilities:- Monitor, analyze, and optimize multi-channel LinkedIn and email campaigns using automation tools.
- Collaborate on comprehensive go-to-market strategy development, campaign architecture, and outreach sequencing.
- Develop and refine high-converting outreach messaging including connection requests and follow-up sequences.
- Lead campaign brief development, ideal customer profile refinement, and lead list validation processes.
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging, timing, and targeting parameters to maximize campaign performance.
- Design and maintain sophisticated reporting dashboards and performance summaries.
- Develop compelling copy that resonates with client objectives and maintains consistent voice across all touchpoints.
- Manage automated and manual client communication workflows.
- Maintain comprehensive contact tagging, activity logging, and lead progression tracking within CRM systems.
- Execute systematic re-engagement campaigns for prospects expressing future interest.
- Generate comprehensive daily reports featuring key metrics and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain real-time client and campaign performance dashboards.
- Facilitate coordination with SDRs, Researchers, Campaign Managers, and AI specialists.
- Interface with research team for targeting refinements and market intelligence gathering.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B outbound copywriting, excellent writing and editing capabilities, hands-on experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach automation platforms, and CRM systems, and a strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign metrics.
