Key Role Summary

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Client Welcome Calls: Conduct thorough welcome calls with new clients to understand their requirements, assess plan suitability based on value and cost-effectiveness, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate lead readiness to proceed with purchase decisions or enroll clients into follow-up communication workflows as necessary.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and status within Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Feedback Loop: Share client feedback, pain points, objections, and feature requests with internal teams to inform product improvements and messaging strategies.
