Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring their successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their project management skills.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a business development or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
