Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Intelligence Developer Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of business intelligence tools and technologies, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

This role involves leading the development of business intelligence solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and providing guidance on data analysis and visualization best practices.

The successful candidate will be able to design, develop, and implement complex data models, create interactive reports and dashboards, and optimize data pipelines for improved performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in business intelligence development, with a focus on Microsoft tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and PowerPivot
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams of developers and analysts
  • Advanced knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
