The Knowledge Manager is responsible for overseeing the Functional Group's knowledge-related activities and initiatives, including design, implementation, and evaluation. This involves working closely with business leads to ensure that knowledge management strategies are aligned with the company's objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective tools for evaluating, assessing, and communicating the impact of knowledge management efforts
- Enabling business teams to embed best-practice approaches to information and knowledge management into their work
- Maintaining and ensuring sustainability of knowledge capture and transfer activities through various channels
- Representing the COO Academy in management meetings and planning sessions
Innovative thinking and a proactive approach are essential for this role, as is the ability to drive initiatives that promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements
