POSITION BRIEF: We are looking for an excellent Store Manager to head the day-to-day operations and administrative of our company - a beauty, health and wellness retreat which focuses on transforming people from the inside out through its offering of products and services as inspired and backed by Korean expertise and know-how.

The Store Manager is responsible for monitoring the overall operations of the shop, ensuring the highest customer satisfaction, including the area's cleanliness and orderliness, and maintaining the adequacy of shop supplies to meet customers' requests and demands. She regularly strategizes promotional offers and new services to attract customers and increase the business' revenues and profitability. She also provides the proper operational training for staff and enhances their skills to maximize productivity. The Store Manager must have excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, especially on managing financial reports and responding to customers' inquiries and concerns.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage operations including advertising, administration, inventory control, customer booking, staff scheduling and payroll responsibilities.

  • Manage and lead a team. Leverage responsibilities of the Beauty Therapist and Advisor for them to meet and exceed sales goals.

  • Perform operational store functions such as providing product and service expertise to customers, maintaining a synergistic environment and professionalism.

  • Manage and handle cash on a daily basis, such as vault, ATM, and cash box.

  • Assist in managing financial aspects of the shop which include monthly expense budgeting and inventory management.

  • Manage the shop's inventory of supplies and products.

  • Maintain shop safety standards and cleanliness as required.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

  • Assure timely availability of qualified Beauty Therapist and Advisors through active participation in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training process.

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products and services.

  • Maintain a very strong clientele for the shop.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven work experience as a Store Manager or other similar role

  • Knowledge of beauty products/ beauty industry

  • Experience in customer service or retail management

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Strong communicational and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to manage inventory and supplies

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
