NewCrew is seeking a seasoned Recruiting Specialist to join our team in conducting phone screens with potential candidates, initiating outbound calls, and developing comprehensive understanding of job requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough phone screens with prospective candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Utilize strong English language proficiency to effectively communicate with candidates and document detailed notes from phone screens.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to identify potential candidates and provide regular updates on candidate sourcing progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong English communication and writing skills
  • Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or similar roles
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of construction industry and related terminology is a plus

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a summary of each candidate's experience and communicating with them in English. If you are fluent in English and possess excellent listening comprehension skills, we encourage you to apply.
