We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Professional to support our senior leadership team.

This is a 100% remote opportunity that requires a high level of organizational skills, technical proficiency, and exceptional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and events, and ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Prioritize and organize emails, respond promptly, and maintain open lines of communication.
  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including video conferencing and in-person logistics.
  • Handle travel planning, itineraries, and expense tracking with precision.
  • Track project progress, follow up on deadlines, and facilitate effective team communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality and present a polished, professional image at all times.
