Performance Graphic Designers Wanted

We are seeking talented and experienced Graphic Designers to join our creative teams. As a Middleweight Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in creating high-converting paid social assets that drive commercial results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing high-performing ad creatives, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. You will be responsible for collaborating with our Art Director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality digital ad creatives that meet performance targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Apply data-driven insights to continuously improve creative output.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Support internal brand development through presentations and reports.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
