Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach and prospect engagement in CRM tools.

We are seeking a highly motivated Franchise Development Associate to support our franchise growth efforts. This role focuses on making outbound calls to warm leads, engaging with prospective franchisees, and qualifying their interest in our process.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or franchise/business development for international clients, and be able to handle high-volume call targets while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Required Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Significant experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or franchise/business development for international clients

This position requires excellent communication skills, native-level English proficiency, and the ability to manage structured call outreach and dynamic day-to-day tasks.
