Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct intakes with families/students to understand their needs and coordinate instructors accordingly.
  • Track student progress, provide quality customer service, and support regional operations.
  • Operate effectively in a virtual environment, maintaining standards of people, financial, and academic performance.
  • Deliver programs and initiatives for students and school district partners, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Manage virtual tutoring sessions, monitor academic progress, and build relationships with students and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2-3 years of progressive career growth.
  • Exceptional time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Professional demeanor, effective communication, and ability to adapt to changes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
