Job Summary:This position plays a vital role in the success of our organization by coordinating with families, students, and instructors to provide quality customer service. The Educational Case Manager must possess excellent English communication skills, technology skills, and organizational abilities.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct intakes with families/students, coordinate instructors, track student progress, and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Support regional operations in a seamless virtual environment
  • Provide outstanding academic services to students and their families
  • Maintain operating standards for people, finances, and academics
  • Evaluate program delivery and initiatives for students and school district partners
  • Meet operational excellence benchmarks
  • Offer virtual administrative support to regional operations
  • Manage class schedules and tutoring sessions
  • Monitor student progress and adjust academic plans as needed

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2-3 years progressive career growth
  • Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully
  • Professional demeanor and effective communications in virtual environments
  • Proficient in using communication media including in-person, phone, and video
  • Able to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships
  • Collaborative team player
  • Adaptable to changes in the work environment
  • Able to acquire new skills as required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
