Business Excellence Associate

The ideal candidate will perform quality reviews of anti-money laundering tasks, monitor compliance and training completion, recommend process enhancements, and coordinate action items to ensure sustainability. They will also serve as a cross-functional team member on know-your-customer/anti-money laundering activities and ensure timely account closures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality review of anti-money laundering tasks
  • Monitor compliance and completion of required trainings
  • Recommend process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinate action items for identified findings/issues and conduct sustainability checks
  • Cross Functional team member on know-your-customer/anti-money laundering related activities
  • Ensure accurate and timely closures of accounts that have been approved for business exit
Qualifications:
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter with excellent work attitude and ability to work well under pressure
  • Readily adapts to changes in work priorities and environment
  • Able to multi-task effectively
  • Willing and able to learn
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Background or experience in the banking or financial services industry
  • Preferably with working experience covering risk and control / audit / compliance
