Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Operations Manager - Healthcare Account - PHRN. This hybrid role is located in Taguig, but some work from home is acceptable. The Senior Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team of healthcare professionals, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include strategic planning, process improvement, performance monitoring, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The role also involves collaboration with other departments, client relationship management, and reporting on operational metrics.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with strategic planning and process improvement
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Strong performance monitoring and reporting abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in healthcare operations management is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field; a master's degree is a plus
