Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Transactional Quality initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of quality experts and driving process enhancements to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Enhancement: Develop and implement strategies to elevate quality standards, reduce defects, and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to streamline processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of quality professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and senior management.
  • Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, defects, and exceptions, and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate / Post Graduate degree
  • Experience: Minimum 6-8 years overall work experience, with minimum 3-4 years experience in Quality
  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified
  • Skills: Working knowledge of Excel, Minitab & Power BI, knowledge of ISO, Agile methodology, and digital mindset
