Job Description

As a senior professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our contact centers and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and service.

Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience in managing or overseeing call center operations and has a proven track record of driving performance and quality improvements.

Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, ensuring that KPIs are met, and collaborating with internal teams to drive program success.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in the BPO or Call Center industry (or related field), with 3+ years in a leadership or client management role, and 2+ years handling a technical account
  • Familiarity with customer care leading technologies
  • Ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization with empathy and excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to build strong, trusted client relationships, particularly with senior leaders
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve a mutually beneficial result
