Job Title: IT Operations Director

Are you a seasoned professional seeking a challenging role in IT operations? Do you have expertise in managing complex systems and leading high-performing teams? We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our team as an IT Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for IT operations, aligning with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT services, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong focus on process improvement, cost optimization, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, driving innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical skills, including network infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • A proven track record of success in IT project management, including budgeting, planning, and execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL certification or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and Jenkins.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and regulations, including ISO 27001 and NIST CSF.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
