Job Summary

Deliver impactful learning experiences that drive business outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training strategies, leveraging expertise in sales training, facilitation, and management.


Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills of sales professionals, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analysis to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize and schedule training initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and deploy innovative learning experiences based on adult learning principles, incorporating emerging technologies and trends.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging training content, leveraging storytelling techniques and interactive elements.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through data-driven insights, informing continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by developing and delivering tailored training solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Education, or Communications.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales training, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and delivering high-impact training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certification in instructional design or adult learning principles.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
