Job Responsibilities- Learning Needs Analysis:
- We work with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and learning objectives.
- Learner profiling and audience analysis is conducted to tailor content effectively.
- Job roles, tasks, and competencies are analyzed to align training with business outcomes.
- Course Design:
- End-to-end learning journeys are designed, including curriculum maps, learning paths, and modular structures.
- Instructional strategies that support adult learning principles are developed, including blended, self-paced, and instructor-led formats.
- Storyboards, scripts, and course outlines guide content development.
- Content Creation:
- Engaging and interactive learning materials such as eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and assessments are developed.
- Authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise) are used to build digital content.
- Content is accurate, inclusive, and aligned with organizational standards and compliance requirements.
- Evaluation and Assessment:
- Formative and summative assessments measure learner progress and program effectiveness.
- Rubrics, quizzes, case studies, and certification mock exams are created.
- Assessment data is analyzed to refine instructional strategies and improve learner outcomes.
- Technical Integration:
- LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Thought Industries) are used to deploy and manage learning content.
- Tools for adaptive learning, gamification, and analytics are integrated to enhance learner engagement.
- Technical issues are troubleshooted and content compatibility across devices is ensured.
- Project Management and Collaboration:
- Timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications are managed throughout the design lifecycle.
- Collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and developers ensures instructional accuracy and relevance.
- Maintenance of documentation and version control for all instructional assets.
- Compliance:
- Company policies and procedures, along with any employment-related directives, are adhered to.
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of Instructional Design experience or Content Development experience.
- 1+ years of Storyboarding and Training & Facilitation for SOPs, E-learning courses, Videos & Job aids, Storyline 360 or Rise 360.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
