Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences across various formats, including instructor-led, eLearning, mobile, and performance support. We are seeking an expert in instructional design who can apply adult learning theory to develop innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create interactive training courses that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
- Develop assessments to measure knowledge retention and application.
- Design job aids and reference materials to support learners during the learning process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning gaps and develop targeted solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design.
Requirements:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience with creative software such as Storyline and Captivate.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years' experience applying instructional design principles to web-based training and other educational materials.
