About the Role

We are seeking an organized professional to support a U.S.-based ABA therapy provider. This role bridges families seeking ABA care and therapists who provide it.

This is a fully remote working opportunity that requires:

  • A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download).
  • A reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and power outages.

As the face of our organization, you will engage with families and ABA therapists to deliver high-quality service with precision and a personal touch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive job alerts via Smartsheet and take immediate action by posting openings, sharing opportunities, and making targeted calls.
  • Review client notes carefully to ensure accurate therapist placements.
  • Screen candidates for skills, professionalism, and personality fit.
  • Balance multiple priorities while maintaining candidate pipelines and meeting client expectations.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively in every interaction.
  • Provide weekly progress updates to the Director of Operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, scheduling, or coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and computer efficiency.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Confident problem solver with strong decision-making abilities.
