Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Team Coordinator to support our daily operations, ensure consistent communication across departments, and maintain productivity in a fully remote work environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with team members from various departments to support operational workflows
  • Monitor progress on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Facilitate virtual meetings and maintain regular communication
  • Assist in problem-solving and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain organized digital workspaces and records

  • Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
