We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering prompt, high-quality responses to customer inquiries. Key qualifications include being personable, detail-oriented, and professional with strong research skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to inbound and support-related inquiries in real time, providing clear and helpful responses
- Manage and escalate Jira tickets as needed
- Understand customer context to offer relevant and strategic support
- Provide guidance on conversion rate optimization best practices with support from CRO experts
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading
- 4+ years of experience in customer support (preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or tech)
- 3+ years of hands-on Shopify experience
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing systems
- CRO knowledge and skills
- Team player in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proactive mindset with curiosity to understand the customer's business
