Transformative Financial Solutions Architect

We are seeking an innovative and seasoned professional to spearhead the development of transformative financial solutions, leveraging technology to drive business growth and excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Problem Definition: Translate complex financial challenges into actionable value cases and comprehensive solution sets.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge financial solutions, incorporating experimentation, human-centered design, and agile principles.
  • Value Realization: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of financial solutions on employee experience, functional excellence, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Architecture: Partner with finance architecture teams to develop a cohesive system landscape aligned with business capabilities.
  • Internal Partnerships: Foster trusted advisor relationships with senior finance and technology leaders to inform product development and ensure strategic objectives are met.
  • Product Management: Collaborate with product management teams to create roadmaps that align with finance business and technology strategy, value creation objectives, and measurable KPIs.

About the Role

This role requires a strong background in finance, technology, and leadership, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of successfully managing technical and/or finance teams, driving business transformation, and developing strategic partnerships.


Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Finance, or Economics.
  • At least 7 years of experience in managing technical and/or finance teams, with a strong focus on leadership, communication, and team-building.
  • 5+ years of relevant functional experience with SAP ECC6 FI/CO, S/4 HANA Finance, and/or Central Finance, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in S4 HANA.
  • Strong technical expertise in areas such as S/4 HANA, SAP Central Finance, Cloud infrastructure, SAP BTP, Data strategy, Governance, Technology, and Process definition.
  • Familiarity with financial accounting principles and practices is essential.
