About the Role:

As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our B2B travel commerce partners in APAC.

  • Partner Success Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive partner success strategy that focuses on maximizing partner satisfaction, driving adoption of additional travel products, and increasing overall revenue performance.

  • Partner Enablement: Lead onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for Korean-speaking partners, acting as their advocate within the organization.

  • Partner Growth: Drive adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an exceptional partner experience.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-backed decisions to optimize product offerings.

Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Business-level fluency in Korean and English.

  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.

  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners is a strong plus.
