Job Qualifications:

  • Any 4-year course related to Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Economics, etc.

  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience in e-commerce.

  • Must have a wide range of knowledge in e-commerce/marketplaces like Lazada, Zalora, Shopee, Shopify, etc.

  • Computer and web-savvy professional.

  • Result-oriented, organized, and top-tier customer service.

Job Description:

  • Ensure set targets are monitored and properly cascaded to respective supervisors/sales associates handling the various online platform and sales channels.

  • Conduct Profit and Loss Analysis for each online platform including own website.

  • Plan annual strategies to achieve sales targets by studying sales per online platform, cost of inventory, operational expenses, returns rate, freight costs, etc.

  • Forecast sales figures and inventory requirements for each online sales channel.

  • Delegate and monitor execution of all merchandising activities including special campaigns, exhibits, product promotions, price promotions, etc.

  • Ensure all available products for sale are uploaded on time in all online sales channels (Website, Lazada, Zalora, Shopee, etc.)

  • Ensure that E-Commence will be participating in online sales events (11.11, 12.12, etc.).

  • Monitor and ensure Facebook reaches the set target response rate to inquiries.

  • Review and monitor Inventory Movement Report, Item Sales Report, and Delivery Receipt statuses.

  • Evaluate fast and slow-moving products periodically.

  • Ensure and maintain a healthy inventory level across all online sales channels.

  • Source new online channels where the E-commerce business may expand (mobile app, etc.)

  • Develop new promotions exclusive for E-Commerce in collaboration with merchandising department.

  • Train, coach, and develop staff in customer service and operations.

  • Regularly communicates with team members for any operational concerns.

  • Consolidate and analyze results of all activities and creates recommendations based on data and trend.

  • Identify cause and effect of certain variables in the operational plans of E-commerce.

  • Create and present weekly sales performance to the Sales Director.

  • Maintain open communication with online platform partners on merch mix and assortment, promo ideas and activities, and special event programs participation.

  • Negotiate commission rates and other fees in favor of the company.

  • Prepare and conduct annual or semi-annual business review sessions with our top online platform partners.
