About This Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Shop Assistant to join our team.

As the E-Commerce & Shop Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in managing reporting tasks, optimizing marketplaces, and ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of our online shop. You'll work closely with our Online team and other departments to support both local and international operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations and optimization of our online shop.
  • Update product listings, prices, and inventory.
  • Set up new products with texts, images, prices, and stock information.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns with the marketing team.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams to optimize online presence.
  • Support customer support teams and resolve issues in online listings or transactions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, E-Commerce, Sales & Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, customer support, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite, especially spreadsheets.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with our brand or passion for analogue photography is a plus.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
