Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing client accounts, executing brand strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective coordination and implementation of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Accounts Manager in overseeing day-to-day, weekly, monthly, and quarterly client account operations;
  2. Prepare reports, timelines, and updates for clients and internal teams;
  3. Coordinate with clients, creatives, and marketing teams to ensure deliverables are met;
  4. Conduct market research on consumer trends, competitors, and industry developments;

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, marketing, or a related role;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Basic understanding of brand strategy, marketing, and social media management;
  • Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in using productivity and project management tools;
  • Eagerness to learn;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  • 'Can-do' attitude;
  • Proactive approach;
  • Willingness to take initiative;

Preferred Qualifications: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
