Financial Operations Manager

The Financial Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the overall efficiency, compliance, and sustainability of the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing financial health and administrative operations to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:Financial Management:
  • Manage daily financial transactions, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to ensure timely and accurate financial reports.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory reporting requirements, and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls to ensure accountability and transparency.
Administrative Oversight:
  • Supervise general administrative functions including procurement, logistics, office maintenance, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure efficient office operations and availability of resources for all departments.
Human Resources and Payroll Support:
  • Oversee payroll preparation and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain employee records in coordination with the HR department.
Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Monitor compliance with financial regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
  • Identify risks and implement strategies to minimize financial and operational exposure.
Leadership and Coordination:
  • Lead and mentor finance and administrative staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Collaborate with senior management in strategic planning and organizational development.

Requirements include: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage. At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
