Key Role: Account Officer for Leasing and Finance

GROW is currently seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of an Account Officer for Commercial Vehicle. This individual will be placed with one of our esteemed clients in the Financing Industry.

The client’s core business encompasses new cars, used car financing, and developing financing facilities for machinery, equipment, and commercial vehicles.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related business field.
  • At least three years of experience in account management from banking, leasing, and finance industries.
  • Strong customer focus and above-average presentation and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare lease proposals, award notices, certifications, lease contracts, renewals, and other leasing documents based on standard company formats.
  • Solicit new customers of acceptable credit quality and generate new business from existing clients.
  • Effectively manage existing customer portfolios to achieve marketing, credit, and profitability objectives.
  • Conduct monthly monitoring and evaluation of active contracts, ensuring timely payments and compliance with established standards.
  • Review financial statements, business plans, operations, and references to ensure they meet criteria and report directly to the Assistant Director, Leasing and Finance.
  • Standard working hours are Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm Full Onsite.
Remuneration Package
  • Company-sponsored trips.
  • Salary range of 40,000 to 50,000 PHP.
  • HMO benefits upon hiring.
  • Rice subsidy (1,500/month), 15 VL, 5 SL, clothing and medical allowances (6,600/year) upon regularization.
