Lease Analyst

Job Title: Lease Analyst / Senior Analyst - Data Management

Job Description Summary: The Lease Analyst / Senior Analyst is responsible for all aspects of Lease Administration, including lease abstraction, quality review, and portfolio management. They work as part of or manage a team to ensure efficient and accurate accounting of client data records, rent processing, and reporting requirements.

About the Role:

1. Maintain the database by updating records when leases or subleases are amended, new locations are added, leases expire or are terminated, or properties are bought or sold.
2. Extract critical data from Real Estate Lease documents and input into client-specific databases, ensuring data aligns with established standards.
3. Perform quality reviews of lease data abstraction to ensure accuracy, escalating issues for further review until complete data sets meet data standards.
4. Ensure correct formatting and accuracy of reporting outputs as requested by clients.
5. Coordinate the abstraction of new leases, subleases, and amendments based on current templates, including quality review and uploading documents to the client system.

About You:

1. Bachelor's degree required.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry with a clear understanding of commercial lease terms.
3. Ability to engage effectively within a matrix organization environment.
4. Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
5. Critical and analytical thinking skills are essential.
