Area Manager Executive

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a sales team to achieve revenue growth and drive business success. This is a critical role that requires a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, as well as the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth. They will also have a strong understanding of the Banking industry and the ability to adapt sales strategies to different markets and customer segments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Lead a sales team to achieve revenue growth
- Collaborate with Business Units to align sales strategies with product offerings
- Monitor industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least five years of experience in the Banking industry, preferably in Retail Banking
- Strong leadership and communication skills
