Financial Leadership Role

This position involves managing end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. It requires a proven track record of optimizing both payables and receivables processes, as well as experience working in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle accounts payable function, including purchase orders, bill processing, payment runs, cash application, corporate card management, and expense reimbursements.
  • Develop and deliver meaningful reporting and insights on payables performance to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee the corporate credit card program, ensuring policy compliance and effective credit exposure management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and manage appropriate corporate credit facilities.
  • Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, covering order processing, billing, and credit control.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to quickly address and resolve payment or invoicing issues, maintaining a healthy and well-controlled AR ledger.
  • Continuously improve both AP and AR processes by implementing automation and tools that support scale and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting leadership roles.
  • CPA qualified accountant.
