Accounting Specialist Opportunity

As a key member of our organization, the accounting specialist will oversee financial reporting, ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to suppliers and employees, and supervise the accounts payable team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly financial reports, including compliance with government agency requirements.
  • Accounts Payable: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payment processing, and maintain supporting documentation in compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and direct the accounts payable team to achieve objectives and improve performance.
  • Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
  • At least 10 years of work experience, including 3 years in supervisory capacity.
  • Proficient in accounting software, such as SAP or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data accurately.
  • Knowledgeable in financial reporting, tax preparation, budget analysis, and accounts management.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Location:

Located within MuntiParlas or Calabarzon area, with willingness to work in an office setup. Open to exploring fixed period/contract employment opportunities.
