About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Technical Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Technical Support Representatives as they assist Tier 1 Support in ensuring the successful support of our user base and the continuous improvement of team capabilities and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with experience in leading teams and managing projects. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide their team members to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Technical Support Representatives to ensure the successful support of our user base.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve team knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and software as a service (SaaS) technologies.
