Human Resources Professional

As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive human resources services to support the overall success of the organization. This includes implementing HR programs, providing talent acquisition and staffing services, managing employment processing, compensation, health, and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations, retention, compliance, and labor relations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert-level human resources services, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR initiatives and maximize business outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate HR records, reports, and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

Work closely with senior leadership to drive HR policies and procedures updates, benefits administration, employee relations, training maintenance, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and help define and improve the work culture and employment law compliance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations.
  • Expert level working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and ATS Systems (Greenhouse, ADP Workforce Now preferred).
