
Business Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generator to fuel the top of our sales funnel.
As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with HR and executive-level decision-makers, converting them into qualified meetings that drive new client partnerships.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy position at a fast-growing firm where your performance creates real opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of B2B lead generation experience in recruiting, staffing, or similar fields. They must possess excellent written English and persuasive cold messaging skills, as well as familiarity with multichannel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone).
A strong background in healthcare, recruiting, or staffing industries is preferred, but not required. Experience with CRMs like Salesforce is also a plus.

About the Role:
- Execute targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, SMS, and phone
- Maintain bounce rates below 2% and positive reply rates above 5%
- Book 12+ qualified meetings per month for the Business Development Manager
- Source HR leaders, Directors, and VPs using tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn
- Personalize messaging using platforms like Instantly; test subject lines and CTAs
- Make ~10 warm calls daily to prospects engaging via other channels
- Log outreach activity and meetings in Salesforce, tagging lead sources
- Work closely with the Recruiting team post-conversion to ensure smooth handoffs
