Job Opportunity - HR Leadership

System Soft is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support business objectives and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve business results, employee engagement, productivity, and HR development.">
  • Collaborate with department leaders and stakeholders to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.">
  • Create and implement employee engagement and culture-centric initiatives to make System Soft a top place to work.">
  • Participate in corporate interviews to assess cultural fit and provide support during the onboarding process.">
  • Prepare reports and submit regulatory documents as required.">
  • Analyze trends and develop metrics to meet key business objectives and goals.">
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management and ensure regulatory compliance.">
  • Manage group benefit plans and administer 401k plans.">
  • Investigate employee complaints and address teammate grievances.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.">
  • 7+ years' experience in Human Resources required.">
  • US HR experience preferred.">
  • PHR or SHRM Certification Preferred">
  • Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, EEO Compliance, Worker's Compensation, Unemployment Claims processing, and COBRA.">
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.">
  • Excellent communication skills and dedication to providing outstanding customer service.">
