Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our social media strategy across multiple handles.


This role requires building a trend-savvy, results-driven social program that grows audiences and drives measurable outcomes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a multi-brand social strategy for various handles.
  • Create platform-specific plans for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube/Shorts, X, Facebook, Threads, and Pinterest.
  • Maintain voice and tone guidelines that adapt from corporate to consumer perspectives.

Daily Tasks
  • Lead editorial calendars and content pipelines, including briefs, outlines, captions, storyboards, and shot lists.
  • Collaborate with internal and external video editors and creators to produce high-quality assets.
  • Repurpose long-form content into snackable series, such as carousels and reels concepts.

Reporting and Analysis
  • Track weekly and monthly performance metrics, including growth, reach, engagement, and traffic/leads.
  • Translate insights into actionable tests and recommendations.

Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in managing multiple brands or handles on social media.
  • Passion for American pop culture and ability to turn trends into on-brand content.
  • Strong copywriting and creative direction skills, including ghostwriting.
  • Data analysis and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
