Technical Service Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to provide end-to-end support for customers with a focus on SDWAN, Internet, and related services. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and configuring basic LAN setups (Routers, Firewalls) and Microsoft operating systems.
About Your New Role- You will be accountable for supporting the provisioning and onboarding of new customers for managed services.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve support issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Owning support issues from start to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and expert problem-solving.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in a fast-paced technical environment, with expertise in SDWAN (Versa Networks preferred).
- CCNA/CCNP certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong command-line networking skills (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper).
- Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and processes.
