Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to support a team of software engineers in the development of software products and solutions. As a key member of our team, you will provide guidance, code reviews, and technical support to ensure successful project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements
  • Participate in strategic discussions and technology assessments
  • Assist in the professional growth and mentorship of team members through regular feedback, coaching, and career development planning
  • Manage project tasks and assignments, helping to prioritize and plan work to meet project goals

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
  • Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
  • Strong programming and debugging skills
  • Some prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in a related field is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or training a plus

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, be willing to learn and grow in a leadership role, and have strong organizational and time management skills.
