Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing expert technical assistance to users in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer hardware, software, and networking principles, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be able to recognize, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Active Directory domain authentication, Azure/Microsoft 365 syncing, email systems such as Office 365, and technical issues related to computer systems, software, and peripherals.

  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Windows Server OS
    • Active Directory
    • Group Policy
    • Virtualization (Hyper-V and VMWare)
    • Networking (routing, switches, routers, firewalls)
    • DHCP and DNS
    • Email systems (Office 365)
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
