
Strategic Client Partnership Specialist

As a dedicated Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for managing daily communications with our largest client. This includes responding promptly to requests, questions, and needs, while maintaining a proactive approach to Client Success by communicating often and clearly when opportunities arise to address and improve this client's experience.
You will work directly with our largest client as a point person for tactical account support, partnering with our Client Success Manager to execute account strategy and meet account performance objectives.
Client InteractionsParticipate in client-facing meetings with our Client Success Manager, reviewing and monitoring account data and performance to ensure smooth management of the day-to-day client order experience.
Communicate regularly with the client regarding account health, creating and modifying reports that highlight health and performance metrics such as turn time.
Act as a subject matter expert on the client's standards and guidelines, ensuring expectations are met, and leading timely corrections per client specifications.
- Identify order issues and coordinate with the post-production team and Zillow to ensure seamless order delivery.
- Work with Client Support and Operations to drive corrective actions for enterprise clients.
- Provide proactive account support across multiple enterprise clients, coordinating with support, operations, and product teams to address client needs.
Use HubSpot to manage client interactions and track updates, observing how clients use PlanOmatic and identifying areas for improvement.
Participate in special projects as needed, advocating for process improvements and streamlined workflows.
